Money orders are accepted (please no personal checks). You can call, I take Credit/Debit Cards over the phone. I can also invoice you so you can pay with your PayPal .
No Shipping Limits
I ship anywhere in the world. I use the United States Postal Service. International buyers are responsible for actual shipping cost plus $15 packaging.
Customer Guarantee
My Dulcimers are quality-constructed instruments that with proper use and care will provide lifetime satisfaction. Each dulcimer is carefully inspected for excellence in tone and woodworking and carries a lifetime guarantee on wood joinery. Broken strings are not covered in this warranty. Replacement strings can be purchased - just give me a call. Damages incurred from misuse are not my responsibility.
Return policy
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. When you return an item indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; I cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
